- You must be 18 years of age or over during registrations of British MDP Recruitment.
- You must be having a full UK manual car DL (Driving License) with no more than 6 penalty points.
- You must not have a criminal record. If you are having a conviction as a juvenile or an adult it is unlikely that you’ll be suitable but some minor cautions & offenses may not exclude you.

- MDP currently provides newly recruited PCs a minimum starting pay of £21,751.
- Thereafter, growths in pay are reviewed on a yearly basis & linked to the performance of the candidates. In 6 years’ time, you could be earning circa £36,000.
