World of Dance Auditions 2024 Format:

The show format is a bit different as the show is divided into four parts competition. Here in the below post we are listing the complete details check carefully:-

The Qualifier:

The competitors must meet the minimum score requirement in this round in order to advance to the next round. The previous season required a minimum score of 85 to be eligible.

The Duel:

The competitors with the highest score from the qualifying rounds must select their competitors from the remaining field. The final three must compete as a group if the total number of participants is odd.

The Cut:

In this, the top three competitors will move to the next round.

Divisional Final:

The top performance will be crowned as the division champion and will move to the World Final.

How To Apply For World of Dance Auditions 2024:

Fill out the World of Dance Registration Form at app.WorldOfDanceCasting.com.
Before applying read all instructions carefully.
Upload a video of your routine, about my video, and photos of yourself.
Submitting as a group, the group leader must register first and submit the names and contact details for each group member.
Once the group leader has completed their application form and uploaded the required videos and photos, each member will receive an email with a link to access their application.
Each group member must fill out their own application, release, and upload a photo – only one video with a routine and about me section is required per group.
Submit a parent or legal guardian undertaking for under 13 years. The applicant must complete your application, release, photos, and videos.

World of Dance Auditions 2024 Selection Process:

As we previously informed you, submitting your application and, more crucially, your dance performance video, is the first stage in the selection process.
Thus, you need to focus more on your video. Ensure that you are clearly visible and audible throughout the video.
Although you are more experienced than us when it comes to dancing, try to be more appealing and distinctive.
The casting staff will also assess your stage presence.
So make sure your film conveys the correct impression that you are a charismatic performer fit to grace the largest stage.
The live auditions are the next phase. For that, you need to be well-prepared. Make sure the choreography and style you use are unique to you.
The casting crew will be most interested in your distinct approach, which has the potential to draw large audiences for the program.
You need to exude confidence on stage and leave an impression that will make the casting crew think of you in the future.

World of Dance 2024 Division:

Group 1:

For Juniors Contestant.
Dancers: 01-04 member
A combination of male and female is allowed.
Ages: 09-17 yrs.

Group 2:

For Junior Teams.
Dancers: 05-11 members
Any combination of males and females.
Ages: 09-17 years old.

Group 3:

For Uppers Contestant.
Dancers: 01-04 members.
Male/Female
Ages: 18+
Will allow some members to be 16 and older.

Group 4:

For Uppers Team Contestant.
Dancers: 05-11 members.
Male/Female
Ages: 18+
Will allow some members to be 16 and older.

ONLINE SUBMISSION CHECK LIST:

Last Date of Submission: August 30, 2019
Each contestant must complete and sign the following documents (i.e. if a team, each team member must submit these documents):
1. Application Questionnaire
2. Eligibility Requirements and Release (with Parental/Legal Guardian signatures if the applicant is under the age of 18)
Upload a video introducing your act and performing your routine:
1. Name, team name, age, Country (location), style of dance and other personal details.
2. The contestant must upload one video no longer than 3 minutes that shows off your team or individual style (dance).

LIVE CALL-BACK AUDITION:

Once the contestant has completed and submitted all the required paperwork and videos, a casting producer will review your submission.
All application materials will become the property of Producer and will not be returned.
Applicants will be contacted only if the Producer is considering the applicant for a live callback audition.
There are no traveling allowances for the audition.
The contestant must be willing to travel at your own expense to the live callback audition in August or September 2019
